These terms are an agreement between you and Pinnacle Med, which publishes LightChapters (“we”, “us”). They govern your use of the LightChapters website and the free materials we offer through it. By using the site or downloading a reader bonus, you agree to them.
LightChapters publishes short non-fiction books and offers free companion materials (“reader bonuses”) to people who request them. The site and any bonus are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Each book and its bonus are the copyright of the author named on them, and are published by LightChapters, a publishing imprint of Pinnacle Med. The site’s own text and design belong to Pinnacle Med. You may keep and use a bonus you have downloaded for yourself; you may not republish or sell it.
A reader bonus is a free gift. We may change, update, or withdraw a bonus at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available.
We use third-party services to run the site and deliver materials — for example Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, AWeber, and Google Drive. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
The site and its materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Our books and bonuses are for general information and do not constitute professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Med (LightChapters) is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or its materials.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
